Funciones del Puesto

- Increase productivity of operations analysts dedicated to the funding queue as established.
- Ensure the team meets the daily base lines parameters and goals
- Ensure the team meets and maintain the quality target.
- Establish QA process and metrics across all operations; establish a baseline where needed and reduce overall errors.
- Improve ability to handle capacity of funding queue.
- Monitor and ensure the cross-training goals of the team are achieved.
- Maintain active and measurable statistics of the team members attendance and PTOs.
- Develop and actively participate in initiative towards maintaining a healthy, motivational and positive work environment.
- Participate in studies and analysis of new procedures and work methods to make production more efficient. (Tech, QA, Process Improvement).

Requisitos del Puesto

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.

1+ years of work experience supervising high performing
groups

Able to run statistics, understand them and link them with the operations goals.
