Funciones del Puesto
Scope of Work:
Receives inbound calls to provide customer service support to policy holders, agents and 3rd party callers for their Retirement Plans providing general information or doing follow ups regarding Financial Transactions on their accounts.
Call Types:
• Disbursements: Cash Distributions, Loans (new requests and follow up).
• Transfers Outs (new requests and follow up).
• Financial Transactions: Transfers of value and account rebalance.
• Update general information (Email and mail address, phone number, banking information).
• Provide general information (taxes, approvals, penalties, form completion).
Requisitos del Puesto
Requirements:
• English C1.
• Baccalaureate in secondary education.
• Experience in Retirement Services.
• Availability to be on the phone.
