Firstly, we have market-leading Businesses in pest control and hygiene with a consistent and efficient operational model and we operate these businesses through five Regions. We lead our industries in digital and innovation.

We have over 1800 local service teams across the world covering c. 90% of global GDP in over 90 of the world’s 100 largest cities across North America, Europe, UK and the Rest of World, Asia and the Pacific. Operating in 81 countries, approximately 90% of our revenues are derived outside of the UK.

Our business model for profitable growth is focused on compounding revenue, profit and cash growth through organic growth and M&A.
